FEATURES
DOWNSIDES
What we disliked about Conair’s trimmer are troublesome clipper head blades which are positioned too close to one another. This can be annoying when you want to trim a longer and thicker beard since the blade doesn’t and cannot cut individual hairs evenly. This is resolved with multiple passes over the same area so it is a shame that such a powerful motor isn’t matched with an equal quality clipper head. Also, the comb locking mechanism is fiddly and doesn’t instil confidence in its durability during extensive use although we haven’t managed to break anything during our time with our unit.
CONCLUSION
When we sum up all of our findings we can safely say that this little trimmer really is a no-brainer buy at its current price. You will not find this kind of feature set at even a remotely similar price anywhere else. It comes with some quirks admittedly, however, the overall quality and power from this device make it a well-rounded package.
It is also one of the quietest trimmers that we’ve ever tested so this is a big advantage in our opinion. The trimming and styling we achieved while we were using it were on par with much more expensive models we tested so that speaks volumes about the value that comes with it. A really great choice for those not wanting to spend a lot for their trimmer.

OUR VERDICT: WHICH ONE WE LIKED THE MOST?
After doing some extensive testing and living with all these fine corded beard trimmers, our choice for the best one goes to the Wahl Professional Peanut clipper/trimmer.
Our staff was equally impressed by the build quality as well as with the great performance this little device packs. It offers most of the features that some of the more expensive models have while also including accessories not found even at the higher price range. Using it was a pleasure and there were no uncomfortable experiences during our testing. It simply glided across the skin surface and removed hair with equal precision and exact trim no matter the length or thickness of the hairs. The little trimmer packs a powerful motor which is paired with some extremely sharp blades that make every grooming session an easy affair.
Do note that this trimmer isn’t perfect and the only thing that prevents it to be a complete product may be the medium loudness noise it makes. To some, this won’t be much of an issue but those who prefer quieter grooming sessions may want to look elsewhere.
If you manage to get over that small nitpick, you will own one of the best beard trimmers available on the market and at a very affordable price tag.
